Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) is the independent inspectorate and regulator of healthcare in Wales. Its purpose is to check that people in Wales receive good quality healthcare. Developing a comprehensive report on maternity services, created infographics and social media content to highlight key findings, making the data more accessible and engaging. This improved stakeholder understanding and feedback, the report was praised as one of the most user-friendly documents the organisation had produced.
